Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges, sorry

Do you do studio rentals?

Yes we do. Our rental rate is 25% of the list price per week, and we require all pieces be paid for in full prior to pick up. Upon receipt of items back to the shop in their original condition, you will be refunded, less the rental rate. Any damage will require that you purchase the piece.

Can I get an additional discount on sale items, designer discount or otherwise?

No, sorry, our sales prices are the final prices, and no further discounts can be applied

Do you ship large pieces of furniture?

No, but we can suggest several freight companies that might be able to help you. We cannot guarantee these companies

Where are your pieces from?

Everywhere! From flea markets, auctions to estate sales, from local to international we leave no stone unturned!

Are your pieces all in their original condition?

Some of our pieces are rehabbed- refinished, reupholstered, restored, while some are not. We love the character that comes with age, so often leave blemishes which enhance the character.

What is your lead time for custom pieces?

We do our best to get pieces out as fast as possible,  but since our custom pieces are handmade by local artisans, it does take time. Our typical quote is 6-8 weeks, but will try to get them out more quickly if we can.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We pack your items and prepare them for UPS within 24-48 hours on all business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not online. Please contact Rummage to ship internationally.

Can I return something I purchased online?

Unfortunately no, all of our sales are final

Can you send me more images if I need them to make my decision?

Of course! Just email us. We want you to be very comfortable with your purchasing decisions since all sales are final

Do you do C.O.M. (customers own material) on your custom pieces?

Yes, please contact us for pricing and details

Do you do custom sizing on the custom pieces?

Yes, all of our pieces can be made to your specifications, including finish and coloring

Do you do gift certificates?

Yes. Please see the gift certificates category. If you'd like to purchase an amount not listed, please contact the store

Are your vintage or custom items returnable?

No, all sales are final

Do you memo to the trade?

Yes, we memo all items but our hanging light fixtures. All other items must be paid for in full prior to pick up, the credit card will be refunded upon receipt of the merchandise in its original condition
