Thank you for shopping at Rummage! We offer our trade patrons 10% off on all in store items and 10% on custom orders placed through the Rummage studio. To set up your trade account, please follow the steps on our website to register your online account. Then, fax Rummage a copy of your resale license and a completed California Resale Certificate, along with a request on your letterhead. Be sure to specify whether you would prefer your purchases to be either taxable or non-taxable.
Fax this information to 310-388-0369. Upon receipt of your paperwork and a review of your account, we will update your online account to trade status. This process should take approximately one to two days.
We offer 24 hour memo's as a trade courtesy. All items must be paid for in full prior to the memo. When the memo is returned in its original condition, your card will be refunded. With approval, the memo period can be extended beyond the 24 hour time frame, however, this must be arranged at the time of the memo, or within the 24 hour period. Should an approval item not be returned within the mutually agreed upon time frame, the item will be considered sold. We apologize in advance for the stringent policies, however, being a very small shop with extremely limited space, a presumed sale translates into the immediate purchase of new inventory and irreversible costs on our end. These factors make unapproved returns impossible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Should you require an item or items for an extended period of time, we offer rentals at the rate of 10% per day, or 25% per week.
